The Long-Coupled version is available in either Cast Iron or 316 Stainless Steel with standard Buna Nitrile Stator with options in Viton and EPDM and Stainless Internals with a hard-chrome plated rotor for long service life. In addition, the pump is available with a standard mechanical seal or can be upgraded to a hard-face mechanical seal for abrasion resistance.
The American Pump Series is offered in a Long-Coupled design for mounting on a baseplate with a standard motor. All pumps are offered “off the shelf” from our inventory for immediate shipment.
An Orbit valve parts diagram typically illustrates the various components of an Orbit valve assembly. This includes the body, bonnet, stem, disc, seat, and actuator. The body serves as the main housing for the valve, while the bonnet provides access to internal parts. The stem connects the actuator to the disc, allowing for movement to control flow. The disc is the movable part that regulates the flow of fluid or gas, while the seat provides a sealing surface for the disc. The actuator, which can be manual, pneumatic, or electric, operates the valve. Understanding these parts is essential for maintenance and repair of Orbit valves.
