A large waste water treatment plant needed to replace their old obsolete NETZSCH® Pumps, NE Series model NE100, without modification to their current piping and base without having to have an industrial civil engineering company and capital improvement committee involved in a very large and costly project. PMV Pump
was able to deliver a cost efficient solution by providing seven pumps that fit perfectly and simplify the project.
The difference between a wafer-style and a lug-style butterfly valve lies in their installation methods. While a wafer-style valve fits between flanges, a lug-style valve has lugs for bolt insertion, offering distinct mounting options for different applications.
