Sedimentation inside suction housing or stator cavities Flush – Clean – Replace if unable to clear it.
Rubber adhesion between Rotor and Stator Remove Stator and lubricate Rotor with mild Soap
Fluid Temperature Too High Check Temperature – Use Undersize Rotor
